im fat and have broad shoulders and big legs from rugby (loosehead prop)

i focused for the most part of my life on looking good and dressing well and i may have a belly i hold myself to a high regard becasue i have a whole lotta confidence.
still no excuse for being fat. and by all means i think the world should be put on a training cycle. hell im starting rugby again and seeing my old trainer after leaving for work.

but the name of the game is confidence op

gotta make due and work with what you have but if there is a way to improve then do.
