i just got these and i really like them, the contrasting hardware and laces are really subtle, but because of that they go really well with black pants.

maybe youd like CP highs if you want a really minimal thing, i also think margiela highs are really nice. Raf black vandals or velcros are both nice if you can find them. Dbss makes nice black sneakers, certain lanvin black high tops i like. or maybe dior homme?
