>Seiko make pretty low quality watches
lmao, that very watch in your pic is an SBBN Tuna.
To give you an idea of the quality of these Tunas: the notches on those bezels are individually polished, see pic.

On a Rolex Sub, those notches have raw machining marks.

Just look at it.
There's just so much more going on than on a Pelagos.
Also, the Tuna has stronger lume than the Pelagos.

That watch is a thing of beauty.

For the longest time, I was enamored with the Pelagos.

Pros:
>dive watch
>supremely legible
>tool-ish looks

Cons:
>square-ish
>all matte everywhere
>titanium scratches easily

Then I came across the Seiko Tunas, and they're simply better in every measurable way.

Pros:
>dive watch
>supremely legible
>tool-ish looks
>nice polished accents everywhere (bezel knurling, shroud edges, crown, lugs, shroud bolts, ...)
>domed sapphire

This watch cured me instantly of both my Swiss snobber and my automatic movement snobbery.
