I would recommend Lopez Aragon, who makes very nice overcoats in Spain in the 400-600e range. Here is a pic of me in their raglan belted overcoat. I should have ordered a tall size as I think this should be around 5-8cm longer, but otherwise it is excellent.

How so? Here's a fit pic of me in high waisted trousers that go up to my navel, doesn't look unproportional at all imo.

The knit looks far too long in my opinion, you should fold it in the hem a couple of times so that the proportions work. Now your upper body looks very unbalanced compared to your lower body.

Pic is what I wore today. Herrainpukimo MTM trousers made of VBC flannel, Harley's of Scotland shetland sweater, Crockett and Jones Ashdown derbies and Lopez Aragon overcoat. I really wish the coat was 10cm longer, but there isn't sadly much I can do about that.
