Yeah I like when they do that, feels human. I once got a "Thank you for your purchase, keep ypurself warm this winter" with a penfield goose jacket in handwriting, and another time I got a free 2nd jeans pouch with a leather tobacco pouch from etsy. That Armenian guy also wrote a note in russian with some kind words, it's like a cop gets x2 more pleasant with those things.
