Male trad goth here. I just turned 24 and it's starting to feel pretty stupid.
When I go in public wearing all black with boots and a denim jacket and some post-punk band shirt underneath, I notice that I get weird looks. I got them when I was a teenager too, but I didn't pay any attention to them. Now that I'm older, it's starting to bother me.
Is it time to stop LARPing and retire the 80s goth look? I wasn't even alive when these bands were around.
