And the problem is that if I use a binder, they don't look smaller, they just get kinda spread out over a bigger area, so my entire chest area looks huge. Only works for when I'm using oversized things, and even then it's inconvenient because it hurts your back a lot

Everyone can achieve cleavage with the right bra and some makeup, even drag queens
Generally, if you can wear an oversized top (sweater, tshirt or whatever) and not look retarded, then you don't have "too big" boobs (at least not so big so that they look shit with everything you wear)
