I recommend tracking your calories. Sometimes things have more calories than you'd imagine. Weighing isn't always accurate. With pretty much the exact same calorie intake (1200 kcal) I have weighed 300 grams less, the exact same, and 500 grams more the next day. Tracking your calories and weight are very helpful and also motivating if you do it right imo!
