Yeah I don't want to look greasy but like how when it's wet the sides aren't as poofy. Pic is how my hair acts without anything.

I got long hair, about shoulder length but it frizzes out to the side. Any products to reduce volume. Also a grill said she thinks I should layer my hair, any inspo pics of layered long hair on men would be appreciated, also any guides on how to layer your own hair. Pic is pretty much how my hair is without product.
