Oh and of course, honorary mention to Ruskin and Edward William Godwin. Both were big into Medievalism at the time circa 19th century-- Ruskin would later found w/ some other guy, the Arts n crafts movement, while Godwin would work with Oscar Wilde and other aesthetes in the Aesthetic movement-- which drew heavily from symbolists, like Beardsley.
