I won an ebay auction for a new drkshdw hoodie vest for $70. The seller is now claiming that he is in the hospital and can't ship until the end of the month, wants to refund me and send me an invoice then.

Sounds like a case of someone forgetting to set a reserve, and he already has negative feedback for lying about some other shit.

I don't have much ebay experience aside from a few rick deals in the past that went smoothly, how do I go about dealing with this?
