I love the 4 series and distinctly remember back in 2010 thinking what a huge step forward it was for phone design ... but the 5 series truly refined and realised the vision. The 4's extremely small size was paired with a heavy stainless steel construction and a thick glass screen. Contrast this with the extremely light (literally the lightest iPhone to date) satiny aluminium of the five alongside its considerably larger, thinner and far more useable display.
