Konjac sponges are great for the face and fine exfoliation glove (korean & moroccan style) are best for the body. They need to be replaced monthly but you can get them cheap in Daiso or walmart.

I exfoliate twice a week as my skin needs it due to my work.
AM:
-NEOGEN Cleansing water/ KIEHL's herbal cleansing water
-The Ordinary Niacinamide 10 zinc 1
-Natio moisturizer SPF 50

PM:
-Natio rosewater cleanser
-Konjac sponge
-Secret key peeling gel/ enzyme powder exfoliant (as needed)
-Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12%
-Natio night gel/ COSRX Rice mask (during winter I also use LuLuLun sheet masks)

Weekly:
-lactic acid 2%+ HA or AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution
-LANEIGE Sleep mask

Living in Australia is tough, I want to start a retinol serum but I think I'm going to have to wait for winter as the sun is too harsh.
