got my ebay finds today, or most of em at least. unfortunately theres clearly not exactly enough sleeve here on the coat. given theres a good inch of wool on the inside of the sleeve and plenty of slack lining too, could i pay a tailor to extend the arm? it needs other bits done if im going to wear it anyway.

also hows the general look of the outfit? i feel like besides it not fitting well, ive finally got something resembling a proper outfit together.
