lost 4 kilos in december which is nice, problem is, due to all the cardio i've been doing in the last months a lot of muscle has started to build in my thighs and i fear that if i continue down this path i'll get those dreaded t-rex legs. is there any way to slim down thighs without simply stopping to move? i've always had them thick but before it was fat and now it's muscle, i just want skinny legs desu
