I got lucky, I guess it's in my genes. I was 270, at 150 right now and working down to 130. My skins tightened constantly through this.

Another 'mones popper, spiro is a diuretic so it SHOULD help lose weight, but sadly us also being on estradiol, well that doesn't help a whole lot. Sot it kinda balances out. I just got my dosage knocked up to 100mg of spiro, though, and it's not been fun having to piss every fucking hour. But I must keep frof alive
