I wanted a modern watch that was a heritage, or reissue, of a 60s or 70s tool diver... initially I had the seiko turtle reissue but it was too big for me. Pic related.

The price is pretty high for what you get. There are no guarantees that this is manufactured in France - only assembled. I imagine most of the parts are created in China.

I primarily brought this for the visual look. It is a 1:1 recreation of the vintage YEMA Superman. I just think it's the most attractive watch ever made.

Bracelet is thin and feels good, has micro adjustment and a 2cm wetsuit extension which gives you relief at a moments notice when you are out and about. Sapphire crystal is fine, a little over reflective maybe, but the way the dome warps light plays well with the dial and hands. White C3 lume, which is on par with the seiko turtle (aka the best in the industry). Dial black is very, very deep black. Quality of the metal hands/dial printing/lume application is as you'd expect for the price.

Flat out the biggest criticism is the bezel lock. It's not very effective in locking the bezel assuming you have the screwed down crown set tight. The whole concept of being unable to change the bezel underwater is a fucking joke. When I picked it up I assumed the bezel lock system would not affect the water resistance. It is such a massive and stupid flaw that I would say, don't buy this watch. Go for black bay. If you want a sub 40mm diver, you're fucked asides from longines legend 36mm and Oris 65 36mm

Based... But what's your wrist size son? She's a big bitch. This is my 6.7 inch wrist, as you can see it's too big. As far as colour goes, there are a shit ton of dial variations, the cheapest is the black Srp777. Remember that you can easily mod it with a custom bezel, and/or custom bezel insert. The silicon strap pic related is really fucking nice, it was too big for me, I sold it on ebay for a great price and put the money towards a proper fit Erika originals strap

I got it. It's a heavy beefy boy and you need the wrists to pull it off, which I don't have at 6.75. Otherwise pretty happy with it. Buy a custom bezel insert from yobokies, or a better second hand + caseback opener. That's basically all you need. The OEM silicone strap is very very nice.

The actual crystal is 33, and the edge of the rotating bezel is 41mm, the 44mm cushion case is very low and close to the skin, so it really just wears like any other 41/42mm watch imo

This is wearing on a 6.75inch wrist, as you can see it's just a little too big. I think a 7 inch wrist can get away with it.
