It's not some secret sauce, it's the lavender. It's a very popular soap/detergent smell and CW is chock full of it. Take Le Male, it's also going to have that element. I hated CW when I got it because of the lavender and how dated it smelled, left it alone for a month or two, and then it hit me, it's actually so good. It's still kinda dated and grating, but very yuppie. It's hip to be square.
