I’ve worn Lucchese ropers, a pair of thrifted Docs, and a pair of Wolverine-made LL Bean Engineer boots for the past 5 years. The ropers don’t go with my entire wardrobe anymore, the Docs’ soles are all but dead, and the Beans never really fit my high arches well. I’m thinking about trying either Danner Mountain Lights or Blundstones. Does anybody have recommendations and/or experience with either long term?
