it seems like most of you dudes are unaware of how small a sample size /fa/ is
there are billions of other boys on the earth, most of whom don't give a fuck about fashion whatsoever
they are the male equivalent of what OP is describing - pacsun, american eagle, h&m, jcrew, etc, caring about "swag," caring about fast fashion trends to post on facebook
just because guys don't do that shit on /fa/ doesn't mean there isn't a huge number of them doing it
just because you don't see the female equivalent of /fa/ doesn't mean that there aren't girls interested in fashion
im sure most girls who are into fashion would say the same thing about boys - that they don't care about fashion - because that's what the majority shows

Doing this over time, you and that toddler brain of yours come to a mutual understanding. In a greater sense I've found that acknowledging these desires and letting them pass and then consciously choosing to do work is the best way I drive myself to do work.

And to clarify, when I mean "acknowledging desires" I mean that I am not suppressing them but I understand that there will be times where they will come up.

Go for this style op, no need to change floor, walls or shit like that. Trash the planks at the desk left, trash the desk and the couch. Place everything on the white shelves under the big window (the one nex to the bed). You can pile the things like pic related or buy low shelves where to place them. Replace the closet with the mirror on it with a clothes rack, replace the other closet with a nicer one. Keep the bed for now, buy a lot of plants.
