Build a cardboard box with and good place to put your phone microphone close to the balance, and use one of the adjustment apps. Do it in a quiet room and ideally pivot whatever you are using to move the regulator instead of directly applying it.

Whenever you see a straight line instead of noisy dots you're usually good to go, but result may vary so it may take you a few tries to get it right. A few of the Raketa's i worked on years ago had wild +3/-4 adjustments and it too a while to figure out what was wrong.

I've had bad luck with Raketas falling, cracking and proceeding to self destruct on me but i've seen them work after some series shit. Had a few 2609's that died on my and a 2627 that was basically unkillable until the rotor snapped in half.
