Ignoring the bottom right, this is my hair as of ~2 weeks ago and I'm legitimately unsure to commit to growing or if I cut it. If the latter, I got no ideas what to cut it too.
I'm wanting to get something stylish rather than the vaguely acceptable mess it's been for years but I just don't know what to do.

I need some help deciding on a new haircut/hairstyle, I've wanted a new hairstyle for ages but I never go into my barber with any ideas and I desperately want to change that this time. Pic related is my current hair and also a few of the images from this thread I liked, but I'm open to anything at this point.
I believe I have an oval face, I definitely have thick hair that grows straight for the most part, but I just want to try to find something that looks good.
