the cool thing about us is that we are like machines.
if the right fuel is given then we can run well and for a decent time.
we must also not forget to add proper excersize and other lyfstyles.
there are grown men in their 80's farming mountain sides and still have the energy afterwards.
i think we dont "peak" id say we can all reach a stage of elevated living which can last us a very large chunk of our adult lives.
but we must begin the maintenance of our bodies when we are young.
