That was my problem for that while. I'd break my fast and then I'd just kinda stress-snack for the rest of the night. Best thing to do is to eat a decent amount, least for me, I eat all I'm going to eat in one meal, and then I drink a cup of water and then carry a coffee with me. So I try to get all 500-600 calories in that one meal. Any less and I'll definitely make poor diet decisions and eat something bad out of hunger later. So just kill it then, move on. Keep drinking water, remember frof, coffee isn't bad. If you smoke, smoke. Otherwise fill your phone with thinspo pics and browse that

I'll probably end up staying at 100mg. I don't think I'm going to get any more effects. I've been on mones off and on for five years, only recently getting an actual script though. So after 100mg it'd just be a waste for me.

you're going to fluctuate with weight within five lbs or so. That's fine and normal. Stop being dumb. If you gain, watch what you eat for a couple days. If you lose too much, treat yourself or sit around more, whatever. It's not rocket science

Depends on the day. Frequently end up maintaining these days or eating slightly over, but I also have a lot of days at 1400 calories. I just eat whatever.
Basically nonexistant. I basically always wear jeans (that fit me more tightly when I bought them 15 pounds ago) that need to be replaced with skinny jeans. Usually I just wear hoodies without anything underneath because it's super comfy. If I'm going out and don't feel like wearing a hoodie, I wear flannel shirts that I bought in mediums that at this point should be smalls. I need to update my clothes but lack the money/motivation at this point, which is fine since I plan on going 5 pounds lower.
