I knew Jody would fall down the anus hole sooner or later.
For me it's the s100, I like the case shape better, it's titanium, has better finishing and the design is old enough that its a little nostalgic for me.
Feels right at home wearing it while watching steins;gate, chu-2, psychopass etc.
They weren't good times, but they certainly are better than our present day hellscape.

You would wear this while watching TTGL, code grass, FMA brotherhood and yugioh 5Ds.

What do we think of the Casio Oceanus S100? The most expensive actual watch I've ever bought/owned is one of the older Fossil smartwatches (cost like $300) so this would be my first real watch aside from a lot of cheap Casios. Would love to hear some opinions.

Casio has the Oceanus s100 and t200 in the $500 - $600 range, and Citizen has the PMD56-2591/2592 in that same price range (one of which I just bought recently). Those are all very well made solar atomic radio-sync quartz quartz watches with excellent features.

There's also the Seiko Dolce SACM171 for around $350 that offers a HAQ dress watch with good finishing and traditional dress watch sizing.

When looking for good quartz watches bellow $1k the challenge is to avoid designs that were primarily targeted at mallgoing normies, but with some research, there are good options out there.
