Yeah it's not as serious as I'm making it out to be, the entire light skin vs dark skin debate is mainly jokes on Twitter. There's a little animosity but most of it just school yard bullying, otherwise it's just a preference like anything else. I like black women of any shade to be honest as long as they're cute.
