Sure I used it, The UK isn't bad for things like that. And once on holiday in Canada even. Never had any problems past one guy wanting to do more than we'd agreed to, and one who was a bit creepy, but it's not like I was threatened or anything. The biggest issue which I've elaborated on before is how unfulfilling it is. My earliest filed e-mail is 2011, and it all that time I've met exactly one guy who was interested in a conversation before or afterwards. He had huge balls, I'm talking the biggest I've ever seen even including porn videos.
Highlights I can think of:

I've found them to be a hell of a lot better for temperature control than comparable footwear, like my leather and sheepskin yurt boots. Admittedly I've never worn them for a long walk, but it's rare I've overheated my feet in them. Even wearing them barefoot (which I do sometimes) doesn't result in an odour. I wear them indoors in mild to cold weather, inside it'll sometimes get to 7 degrees Celsius or colder. We had the pipes freeze in the kitchen once.
