OP, have you ever looked at a guy in the face, and then looked away because, oh I dont't know, it's not very socially accepted to look into a stranger's eyes for more than a few seconds, if even that? Sometimes you don't look away because the person is ugly or handsome or intimidating, sometimes you look away because that's what you fucking do when you meet a stranger's glance. I'm not saying i agree with the fact that it's socially unacceptable to keep eye contact, I for one think people are autismal as fuck about that stuff, but nonetheless it is the case.
