Accents of bright colours but overall neutral. Weatherproof shoes and outer layer, longer coats. Utilitarian haircuts.

If you want to avoid the autism, avoid fingerless gloves, Pinterest style "technical clothing", autistic gay communist pins, graphic tees and hair, 00s cybergoth shit, and overt weaboo / Damascus apparel bullshit.
Keep it tasteful, keep it utilitarian, keep it masculine, grungy and gritty, keep it civilian. This is how K or Dekard would have approached dressing, and then chosen clothing out of a futuristic wardrobe. This is how you should approach it.
