More Harajuku-y. Note how the hair plays into the blue theme. I dislike the stockings and not huge on the shoes, but the grey of the shoes matches the grey of the bag. Similar thing with the pink/purple of scarf matching the pink of the socks/stockings, but also the blue in the scarf matching the rest of the outfit. Facial makeup used to tie into this same colour matching thing. Masculine bomber made feminine by use of oversizing and ribbon spam. Velvet texture and pattern on skirt keeps it from being monotomous and goes with the nylon sheen of the bomber.
