Cyberpunk fashion is an art. Many fashion designers are trying to get into this niche, but fail miserably. You can be poor and still have quality clothes. Thrift stores can be a goldmine. Quality fabric is most important.

Some hiking boots can work. Over ankle looks best IMHO.

Should be well fit and look baggy at the same time. Skinny jeans are overrated.

as long as it looks plain with some outlines it can work.

Something that isn't trendy obviously.

I think plain color baseball caps will do the job.
>bagging gear
Very important. Carry only what you actually use.

It really comes down to how you want "the streets" to perceive you. Personally I like the hacker style, as it tells even the dumbest anons that messing with me wouldn't be wise.
