where would be a good place to get an ok-quality slim-fitting suit?

budget would be under $200, so i can't get anything really great.

i just know very little about where to get a good value on a suit. sticky is no help.

pls advise.

(also, i'm familiar with how they should fit, the necessity of getting it tailored, etc.)
