Nice try, fitless troll, however the cuff is a purely stylistic choice; I usually buy 1 or 2 sizes above mine and then get them altered by my tailor until they fit perfectly and hemmed to a length that allows for a small cuff (keeping the original hem with chainstitching, of course). I really enjoy the extra front and back rise, since a higher waist compliments tailoring better.

Case in point, my russian fiancée 11 years my junior is 183 (6'0, iirc) and I'm just a couple of cm shorter (also mind you, this is Italy so we're both way above average here). Yes that's how much of a baller I am. Cope, seethe, etc.
