Read the comments on that Instagram link. Tristano lifted copyrighted photos for his videos, got contacted by the owner of said photos. He played dumb and said he thought it wasn’t copyrighted, then he said it was fair use. Which it isn’t, he’s profiting off of someone’s copyrighted material (YouTube monetisation). Owner of photos asked him to take it down, Tristan’s again, didn’t and now he said he’s just going to credit the owner. Owner is rightfully offended after asking nicely multiple times, left him no choice but to file DMCA claims against Tristano. Tristano is striked out on YouTube and might lose his channel monetisation all because he couldn’t swallow his fucking pride. Read the watchuseek thread above.
