the thing about short hair, is essentially about beauty, if your are attractive enough, clothes, hair, make up only serve as a distraction (great if your ugly).
but if you are attractive enough or confident enough that you don't need to distract from your personal features then absence of long hair and other distractions will minimise your look, highlighting your features.
