I wouldn't say you're ugly. You're normal, like the vast majority of guys.

About your hair, you appear to possess big eyes and if you had your hair cut, they would be more noticeable and would be emphasized, which I guess that could be a good thing.

On the other hand, your face lacks a little of chin and such big sideburns seem to be removing room from your face, so your chin can even look smaller. I would try to shave them, or at least I would get rid of some of their volume, and would see if your profile improves.

Finally, I would conclude with a no homo sentence which in this case I am dispensing with, due to the obvious explicit evidence of the non-existent amount of appealing your being is originating.
