Not the same person. And I know you're not my therapist but hows this. Note that to me, $200 is fairly expensive for a single piece of clothing. I've got really shitty insecurity and confidence problems, and maybe this is stupid, but do you think this would work?

Buying a somewhat expensive piece of clothing, but something I think is interesting (pic related) (both the shoes and/or the pants)and then knowing that I spent that much on it will maybe incentivise myself to wear it and go out of my comfort zone?
