I don't know why everybody thinks "anxiety" is all the same.

I have derealization (symptom of anxiety), and I've tried just about everything short of taking medication every day. I feel spacey every day. No amount of working out, changing my diet, therapy, or trying just to ignore it works. It's just always there. From what I've read too, it's going to be here until I die. And it's always going to negatively affect the quality of my life, maybe not for all people because they do use benzodiazepines every day to deal with it.

I just don't know where you're coming from with this. It's not always run-of-the-mill problems with socializing or something. I mean, what did you have that could be fixed so easily? Be honest with yourself, Poet.
