My leather jacket lapels are very long and flappy and go half way down the jacket and I hate that look so I don't wear it, how do I get the lapels to be shorter like pic related? I've tried leaving heavy stuff on top but they always just go back to where they are now.

Make sure it's a cropped one, mine isn't and it looks worse.

Is there any way to change how the flappy bits on a leather jacket fall? My jacket has really large lapels but I'd like to make them shorter by having the fold further up, is it possible to iron it?

Does anyone do it better than Julian?
