I used to throw away a lot of food, but after a while I started packaging it and giving it to my friend

It feels messed up as fuck because she's genuinely worried for me, but she's also really happy when ever I show up to her house with a bags full of (sometimes) half eaten cakes/chocolate/crisps etc.

It also allows me to buy danger foods with less risk of binging. If I wanted a cake but was worried of eating the entire cake in one sitting, I'd cut out the portion of the cake I could eat "safely" and then seal up and send a picture of the rest of the cake to her, that way if I ate the rest of the cake I'd be eating her portion.
