Type-B flieger dials have the minutes even more prominently, especially compared to the Type-A which only showed hours. If you use a watch to navigate, minutes are more important than hours.

That watch has 'nautical instruments' written on the dial, so possibly a nod to a marine chronometer, or the navigating heritage of clocks/watches.

I think it looks good btw.

Never heard of them before I think. Looking at ther website, they have some cool stuff.. I really like type-B flieger dials. One of the reasons >>14092642 >>14092665 looks so good is that it's heavily type-B inspired imo.
