I'll go on the motivation route. I'm also 6', and weighed 190lbs last winter. Currently I'm at pic related. If I could do it then I'm sure you can too. My only motivation was bc I had a really shitty relationship and wanted to feel attractive, so if you have any real motivation it should be easy. I hope you get nice and thin :)
