I feel for you. Apparently yesstyle is good? some stuff is a bit sketchy but I have a friend who buys things off there with a lot of reviews and usually finds they're pretty decent. Topshop is alright, I have a 21in waist but a few things from their petites fit me okay and run small. Maybe try children's sections for jeans if you can find any that aren't covered in rhinestones?

i ate about 1200 to get there from ~120ish. I'm vegetarian so I don't really eat fast food a lot and mostly cook for myself avoiding oils/unnecessarily calorific ingredients. Typically:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix/oatmeal + almond milk + granola or fruit
Lunch: rice cakes + peanut butter, pack of crisps, fruit or yogurt
Dinner: usually some homemade recipe with beans/legumes and 50g barley/sweet potato/rice/pasta
Snacks: 1 or 2 a day, either nakd bar, granola bar, 2 cookies, or fruit

Cereal isn't necessarily bad, just needs to be the right kind. Weetabix, shredded wheat, bran flakes, any wholegrain cereal is good. Sugary kid cereal, not so much. Good with yogurt or milk.
Oatmeal is great too.

I have a flex and love it, it keeps me motivated because I can see my daily activity progress, but I've heard they tend to over/underestimate the calorie burn of certain activities.
