What the fuck is up with Seiko and their obsession with large chapter rings? It makes the watch look out of proportion, cheap, and small.

Again, I'm talking about the distance of the date window from the rehaut. Their dial design is off, making everything look cramped and unbalanced. Why can't they space out the numerals or something instead of using large chapter rings?
