Not sure if you're shrugging your shoulders, don't do that.
Looks too long on you to begin with (especially those sleeves), even longer with your pants hemmed up like that; looks like 70% of your length is your torso.
Your pants are too ill fitted, not sure if you're trying to go for some Yoshi look but those pants aren't capturing it.

Really like it, the sweater looks real plain though compared to the rest of your fit, but I think that's ok.

I like everything but the boots, mega clown shoe tier. Maybe it's the angle and since it's dark I'm not sure if it's the width or just at an angle.
That jacket's sleeves are cramping up; would look real good if you have it tailored a bit.

Shirt fits pretty bad, and you look like you ahve child bearing hips when you put your hands in your pockets. It's also an effect from cheaper sweatpants from what I've seen. Them chinks add width for some reason.
