It's me again.

Today I planned my meals and am praying my mum doesn't try to break any of it with a 'surprise treat'. I love her but it's just too easy for her to indulge. Tell me what you guys think about what I'm eating;

Breakfast (like a king)
1/2 cup of oats (wanted enough to sustain me the majority of the day)
>150 calories
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
>32 calories
3/4 tablespoon peanut butter (for flavour)
>24 calories
1/2 banana
>36 calories
drizzle of honey (i eyeballed it but I put in for about 1 1/2 teaspoons)
>32 calories
papaya (dunno how much again but I guessed 1 1/3 cups)
>73 calories
and of course a cup of coffee

>Total 348 calories

Lunch (like a prince)
Okinawan baked sweet potato
>102 calories (apparently but I'm guessing it'd be a little more)
Chilli beans (standard serving)
>91 calories

>Total: 193 calories

Dinner (like a pauper)
1/2 a boiled corn cob
>75 calories

And between meals I'm just counting up however many cups of green tea I consume

I had planned to go for a run to the gym this morning but I woke up really late. I'll go tonight before dinner.

if you are restricting and you arent losing any weight it is because you are not counting your calories correctly. even if you use a food scale, even if youre sure theres no error, thats what it is
i had to relearn this lesson ever time i hit more than a 2 week plateau, but that's literally it

weight loss is literally just calories in < calories out. IF is used for fat loss, LCHF is about staying fuller for longer
