just received my Hiram Green Arcadia that I have crafted to perfection to wear in the University during my teaching in the spring. As I'm writing this there is a spritz of Dusita La Rhapsodie Noire on my left arm and a spritz of Montabaco of Intensivo of my right arm. There is nothing like having good taste.

yes, I fully agree with you here and it's the main reason I own a bottle too. When I think of my own fragrance collection, then Montabaco Intensivo is definitely by second pick when it comes to this - ambers are not conventional in summer, fougeres require certain formal attires etc..

don't be fooled by the "tabaco"-in the name of the fragrance; it's not your generic tobacco-fragrance primarly - it's much more light, airy, woody interpretation of a tobacco fragrance. chergui is nice, but I think there are about 10 different amber/tobacco fragrances before I'd buy it. it's definitely a "warm" fragrance, if that's what you are looking for the winter.

yes, this is also a strength of BI for sure, and also shared by Montabaco Intensivo imo. i'd say dreamer or jazz club are much more controversial when it comes to "general opinions".

but now i feel like i've shilled my recent favourite too much, so feel free to have some second opinions, as well.

what kind of image are you looking to build or what is the function of fragrances for you (i.e., merely to get compliments, to express yourself etc?)

seems like you like pretty basic designer fragrances -- which is not a bad thing by any means

you probably want an all-year around fragrance? do you want it to be a fragrance you can wear anywhere (in the sense savage "can be worn" anywhere) or would you prefer it to be fit for certain occasions (date, parties?)

might cop a full bottle of this stuff, what a great all-around year scent
