I'm 42 hours into a water fast. I've also abstained from nicotine, tea, and coffee. I think I will quit smoking and drinking alcohol entirely and see about breaking my caffeine habit. I've had a migraine this entire time, no hunger cravings.

Pic is where I want to be, but it will be a little while.
