No, they aren't, the tests are conducted by Omega. METAS does sample retesting only.

Second, nothing you've written challenges what I said, which is that the magnetism test does not require the watch fall within 0 to 5spd after magnetism. It requires that the rate magnetised vs unmagnetised vary by no more than that amount.
