we have a road class system, ABC.
A Roads are motorways (Highways)
B roads are your average town/city roads
C are countryside.

So really, when i pass my motorbike lesson, ill only pass a B and C course which means i can use the bike only on those roads, not highways, so id never have to worry about 60+ mph cars since the fastest they'll go is 50.
